NEW Eastbound K-10 to Northbound I-435 Flyover Ramp

OPENING TOMORROW! The NEW eastbound K-10 to northbound I-435 two-lane flyover ramp will OPEN to all traffic by Thursday evening, July 30, weather permitting. Once the new ramp is fully opened to all traffic, the existing eastbound K-10 to northbound I-435 single lane flyover ramp will be PERMANENTLY CLOSED to all traffic and demolition work of the existing structure will begin on Monday evening, August 3.

The existing eastbound K-10 to northbound I-435 flyover ramp bridge will be demolished by heavy equipment via a series of overnight full roadway closures on I-435 and/or K-10. There will be no implosions for the bridge removal. The overnight closures are needed so that crews can safely remove the flyover bridge ramp structure. Advance separate notification will be sent for next week’s overnight full roadway closures.
